Lijst van primers gebruikt in de fylogenie en identificatie van schimmels


Binnen de mycologie wordt gebruikt gemaakt van verschillende markers voor de fylogenie, multi-locus-sequence-typing.
Sommige van deze markers kunnen direct gebruikt worden voor identificatie.
Welke markers gebruikt worden is afhankelijk van het 'verwachte' organisme. Bij een niet-definieerbare isolaat wordt in eerste instantie de ITS regio's van het nrRNA gebruikt.
